Our Newest seasonal is an American style Brown Ale brewed with Oatmeal that gives this beer its silky smooth mouth feel and thick long-lasting head. Generous amounts of Casdcade Hops make ShakeDown Brown Ale inviting and balanced. It's slightly sweet but still pleasantly thirst quenching.

German Schwarz Bier, or %u201Cblack lagers%u201D, are cold fermented lagers made to be crisp, smooth, and dark. We use German Pilsner Malt, Munich, and a touch of Black Patent to give this beer it%u2019s black. The spice is Magnum & Tettnanger hops to balance the moderate sweetness of the malt. Black Lager is a medium bodied smooth black session beer. May the Schwarz Bier with you! ZOPHA!!

Our newest seasonal, ASMODEUS, is a seductive American styled Black IPA we%u2019ve balanced with a bold hop character and hearty dark body. De-bittered black malt and chocolate rye create the midnight color, adding notes of cocoa, and roast coffee. Hops? Yeah we hopped Asmodeus. How about Warrior, Chinook, Simcoe, Columbus, Amarillo and Centennial? This wicked Hop Posse will ambush your palate with waves of pine, citrus, rosemary, and evergreen flavor. Worried? Deep mahogany in color Bock Joy is all about smooth robust malt flavor and 7.2% ABV warmth. We've aged this bock in french white oak barrels for 7 months and blended it with a touch of non-oak bock to reach divinity.

HOPOPOTAMUS FRESH HOP Ale takes 3rd Place! Concordia Ale House

English meets North West Winter. This slightly darker North West Strong ale packs a smidge more heat to lift the winter chill. Winter Moon is brewed with American, British malts. American and British hops deliver a complex spice finish.

This Geant Belgian style trippel was brewed for the 2011 Portland Cheers to Belgian Beers charity event and . . . . for our favorite WWF Wrestler. He was a legendary lover of beer . . . consuming it in Sumo proportions. Le Geant was brewed with mountains of German pilsner malt and fermented with a special Belgian yeast strain from the famous Westmalle Brewery. This ale finished out at 9+ ABV! A few pounds of Oregon sterling, German tettnanger, and Czech saaz hops add a light, flowery hop character to this monster. This beer's light body is deceptively powerful. Be ware of Le Geant body slam!

With our house lager yeast we cold ferment our Oktoberfest contributing a crisp spicy finish. A mild hop bitterness from German and Czech hops compliments this spicy nose. German pilsner & pale malts with a touch of Honey malt give a brilliant copper color and slightly sweet caramel taste.

Our latest seasonal offering brewed to celebrate the long-standing tradition of lager brewing in the Pacific Northwest. Legacy Lager is a classic pre-Prohibition American-Style pilsner featuring ingredients typical of early 1900%u2019s brews: Oregon grown malted barley, pilsner malt, flaked corn, and lots of nobel hops. Legacy Lager is medium bodied, golden in color with a considerable hop presence.

I don't know where to start with this one. I remember seeing the grin on Brett Thomas's face the day he took the final gravity of this bohemoth. Final gravity was 1.018 starting @ 1.105. We've had this batch in Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrels for 7+ months now. Don't know where this one will end up. Hopefully in your pint glass :)

Using the finest ingredients Spring Head Kolsch offers a light, %u201Cbready%u201D malt character from German pilsner and Munich malts. A noble hop character from comes from Oregon Sterling and German Tettnanger hops. Enjoy this rare, light bodied European ale with some Central Oregon sunshine :)

What have our brewers thought up now! Tyler West and Brett Thomas felt our Bridge Creek Pilsner needed some dressing up for Febrewary. So, we bring you Little Red. A Czech / Bohemian Pilsner with a touch of dark malt rendering a deep red color to this great lager. Hopped with Tettnanger and Czech Saaz hops, Little Red drinks like a light lager with a touch of spice. Enjoy.

A fine American style brown ale. Using American & Zealand hops, English Pale & Crystal Malts our brewers have created another wonder. They've added dark molasses to raise the final gravity and infuse this ale with delicate licorice flavor. You'll find notes of chocolate, licorice, plum, and a dry hop lending a sweet floral finish.
